Snowshoeing in Muonio, Finland © Harriniva

In the heart of Finnish Lapland lies the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, where high mountain fells are surrounded by forests, making it an area of great natural beauty. The snow falls thickly here, making it an ideal place to enjoy fantastic yet easy outdoor winter fun including dog sledding and snowmobiling, whilst each night is spent in the quiet of the Arctic countryside. This part of Lapland is said to have the freshest air in Europe, and at night, all you need to do to seek the amazing Northern Lights is to go outside and look up! Your hotel also offers spa and sauna facilities so you can completely relax. Plus there is the opportunity to upgrade your first or last night's stay with an overnight in an AuroraHut Glass Igloo or at the luxury Arctic Firefox Lodge.

Laura, Eeva and Scotty and the rest of the staff went out of their way to see we had a great time. Activities awesome, husky sleigh rides, reindeer sleigh rides, snowmobile many more. Do yourself a favor and go to Finland and stay here." - TCS Texas, 2018
